Below are the eligibility requirements for the 第一，学者学习社区.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you might have about 这些需求.
- First-generation college student (neither parent/guardian graduated from a four-year 或有资格获得佩尔助学金
- Traditional, incoming first-time freshmen admitted for fall semester

- If living on campus, you must live in Governors 阶地南 with other Scholars. This is meant to help you build relationships with 同行 while participating in 程序ming for the learning 社区, which is located conveniently in the residence hall.
- If commuting to campus, you will still be required to participate in 程序ming for the learning 社区 and will be given access to the residence hall to attend events.
- Register and stay enrolled in the special 第一批学者 section of UNIV 1000 (新生研讨会).
- Register and stay enrolled UNIV 2100 (career preparation seminar) in the spring semester.
- All Scholars must participate in a full academic year of 程序 activities and meet once per semester with the 学生的成功 Coordinator for the learning 社区, 萨凡纳隆戈.
Scholars who have selected to live on campus will be living together in Governors 阶地南. This residence hall is w在这里 some events and activities for the Purpose 首届学者学习社区将成立.
All Commuter Scholars will have access to the residence hall's meeting rooms to participate 在事件中也是如此.
